You can improve intellectual performance if will eating good food for the brain. You will be a healthier and more clever person.

The term " healthy mind in healthy body " fits it in nicely here. If you provide the correct combination of nutrients for the brain, he can think faster and help you have a better memory. In other words, your intellectual performance will be superior. According to the research results of Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore  (USA)
