Ce citesc? MARAT de Natașa Alina Culea


MARAT, este prima carte pe care o citesc de la autoarea Natașa Alina Culea. Am tot văzut pe facebook și pe readerul blogului meu de pe Wordpress, tot felul de recenzii despre cărțile Natașei și oarecum m-au făcut curioasă. Între timp, acum 2 luni, pe când eram în izolare, pe pagina autoarei am văzut anunțul că avem gratuit în format pdf, romanul MARAT (pentru ca timpul petrecut acasă să treacă mai repede), dacă comentăm în postare. Așa am reușit să intru în posesia romanului Natașei și îi mulțumesc din suflet pentru acest cadou. :-* Cartea în format pdf m început să o citesc și vreau să vă spun că este minunată.

Am să vă redau mai jos niște fragmente din carte, care mie mi-au plăcut foarte mult, precum și să vă faceți o părere despre povestea în sine.


Ridic privirea şi îl văd pe Marat privindu-mă cu acei ochi întunecaţi, ca o noapte fără lună, scufundându-mă într-un ocean de nelinişte, care mă atrage în adâncuri magnetice.

Cântecul mă tulbură ca niciodată şi ceva îmi spune că de acum înainte, nimic nu va mai fi la fel. Apropierea de Marat îmi este de nesuportat, la fel şi gândul că peste câteva zile nu îl voi mai vedea, poate, niciodată. În sufletul meu încolţesc mugurii unui secret amar şi mut, cu care simt că va trebui să învăț să trăiesc. Marat îmi este delir. Îi simt inima bătând ca şi cum ar fi a mea. Îmi ridic iar privirea şi ochii lui mă strivesc, aruncându-mă într-o neputinţă fără margini. Nu e real, încerc să-mi spun zadarnic, nimeni nu poate fi atât de angelic; atâta frumuseţe poate fi doar opera unui demon viclean. Ce se întâmplă cu mine?

Aş vrea să plec, aş vrea şi să rămân, sunt propria mea prizonieră şi prizoniera de bunăvoie a lui Marat. Dacă mă îndrăgostesc de Marat, înseamnă că nu îl iubesc pe Denis? Oare poţi iubi doi bărbaţi în acelaşi timp? Apropierea de Marat este complet diferită față de interacţiunea mea cu Denis; încă de la început, Denis mi-a inspirat linişte şi siguranţă, pe când Marat e pentru mine sfârşitul liniştii; pentru prima dată arde în mine văpaia pasiunii, transformându-mi în cenuşă trecutul senin.

Marat nu spune nimic. Câteva clipe rămânem uitându-ne unul la altul şi, până să am vreo reacţie de orice fel, el dispare grăbit pe holul hotelului. Rămân nedumerită în urma lui, cu florile lipite la piept, îmbrăţişând parfumul lor delicat şi în minte îmi revine cântecul celor un milion de trandafiri.

Marat mă aşteaptă în faţa hotelului, fumând o ţigară, rezemat cu umărul de clădire. Când mă vede, chipul lui se relaxează într-un zâmbet, ca şi cum o mare povară i-ar fi căzut de pe umeri. Pe haina lui neagră de stofă se aşternuseră câţiva fulgi de nea, pe care îi alung cu mâna, neştiind ce să-i spun. Aş fi vrut să mă ia de mână, ca în seara precedentă şi să fugim în lume, de trecut şi de consecinţele acestuia. Viaţa îmi făcuse cel mai frumos dar, clipele cu Marat, deşi numărate, sunt tot ceea ce mi-am dorit vreodată.

Mă uit absentă pe hublou, ascultând muzică, şi având în vedere miracolul ultimelor zile, nu mă mir deloc auzind cântecul iubirii și-al trandafirilor sălbatici „Million alyh roz”. Lacrimile mele nu mai pot fi închise în ochi. Îmi lipesc trandafirul de buze, căutând în ei parfumul lui Marat. Unde mă duc, către ce casă care nu mai este acasă? Către care bărbat, care nu mai este bărbatul pe care îl doresc? La ce îmi va folosi sentimentul că am făcut ceea ce trebuie? Iar dacă am făcut ceea ce trebuie, de ce sunt atât de nefericită? De ce îmi simt sufletul un mormânt gol, acoperit de trandafiri? Ce-am făcut cu ceea ce mi se oferise? Ce fac eu cu viața mea?

Întunericul ia chipul iubit al lui Marat şi ochii lui îmi vorbesc despre ce ar fi putut fi, dacă n-aş fi plecat din Beijing. Fiecare decizie are urmările ei, iar eu va trebui să învăţ să trăiesc cu jumătate de suflet, pentru că cealaltă jumătate rămăsese cu el, închisă într-o poveste cum nu a mai fost, o poveste cu un bărbat și o femeie care se iubesc, dar nu pot fi împreună, o poveste îngropată în trandafiri.

Iubirea fără linişte sufletească, nu durează, se autodistruge. Iubirea vine când trebuie, nu întârzie niciodată şi nici nu o poţi grăbi. Nu există cale spre fericire, fericirea este calea.
DESPRE AUTOARE


Natașa Alina Culea, scriitoare cu origini ucrainiene și poloneze, s-a născut în 1980, la Tulcea, cosmopolitul oraș-port de pe malurile Dunării. I-a plăcut să scrie încă din școală, remarcându-se prin premii pentru poezie sau olimpiade de Limba și literatura română. Din 2014 a început să publice romane plăsmuite cu o originalitate remarcabilă, surprinzător de diferite între ele, vândute în mii de exemplare în România și Moldova. Până acum au văzut lumina tiparului:

La momentul actual, am ajuns pe ultima sută de metri a romanului, iar întrebarea mea este: Oare îl va mai reântâlni Alina vreodată pe Marat sau nu? Poate da..., poate nu..., poate într-o altă viață..., cine știe? Rămâne de văzut la finalul romanului. Eu tot ce sper este să fie cu Happy End! ❤

PĂREREA MEA

Îmi place nespus de mult cartea. Până aici am retrăit fiecare clipă alături de Alina. Am trăit bucuria și fericirea ei atunci când l-a cunoscut pe Marat. Mai apoi, am trăit regretul, neliniștile și învinovățirile ei că nu l-a ales pe Marat. Apoi, am fost nerăbdătoare să aflu dacă îl va reîntâlni pe Marat în China, atunci când merge cu Alessia în căutarea lui, dar am fost dezamăgită... nu l-a regăsit. :( După despărțirea de Denis, cu care era de ceva timp, am trăit oarecum deznădejdea și durerea lui, precum și sentimentul de culpabilitate al Alinei. (M-am transpus în pielea fiecărui personaj). Am trăit sentimentul de durere al Alinei când a văzut o altă femeie ieșind în pragul casei lui Denis... Da e insuportabil să simți așa durere (numai cine a trecut prin așa ceva știe). Totuși, sunt curioasă ce se va întâmpla de acum încolo, iar întrebarea mea este: Oare îl va mai reîntâlni Alina pe Marat undeva (poate din întâmplare, nu știu), sau acesta va rămâne doar o himeră și o iubire neîmplinită a Alinei? Asta rămâne de văzut citind tot romanul. Eu sper să fie cu Happy End! :)

How to prevent travel sickness?

Whether it's about driving, boat or plane, the motion sickness can harm you and create a real discomfort.   

Motion sickness can cause travel-related annoyances to a destination, or even ruin their vacation. Although motion sickness does not take account of age, there are situations where children can escape over time from this issue. To better understand the motion sickness, must be mentioned that occurs due to imbalances in the internal ear during minor and repetitive movements. From a visual standpoint, the brain registers some information which is inconsistent with that transmitted by the inner ear.

Motion sickness can affect any age or gender. Almost 33% of people are prone to motion sickness, even under mild conditions, such as a boat ride on the smooth water. Under severe conditions, the figure is close to 66%.



What are the symptoms?
Motion sickness can lead to a range of symptoms, more or less severe. Most of the time, in the case of those who suffer from it, with the move can occur malaise, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, cold sweats, paleness, increased pulse and breathing, drowsiness, fainting. When the movement is stopped, symptoms may improve and disappear.
Types of motion sickness
There are several types of motion sickness, depending on the variant of transport the person chooses. It is not mandatory that if you suffer because of one, to suffer in any situation that involves movement.
  • Car motion sickness it is one of the most common problems faced by children and adults. With how the higher the speed is and the movements are sudden, so that can be exacerbated the symptoms. Some ways to improve the sick feeling are: frequent stop of the car and leaving the windows open to allow the car ventilation. Also, those who suffer from motion sickness it would be good to stay ahead or be allowed to have a good visibility. Reading in the car, playing on a tablet or phone should be avoided. Also, those who do not suffer from motion sickness can experience unpleasant sensations.
  • The air flight can create a discomfort till at the appearing of the sick feeling and vomiting. Is better to avoid copious meals before take-off or eating food during the flight. If you feel bad, let the chair on the back trying to find a more comfortable position and turn on the air conditioning, located above the seat.
  • Seasickness is another problem that finds it quite difficult to solve if the sea is agitated. It is good to spend as much of your trip on the deck, in the air
Remedies against motion sickness
There are many remedies against the troublesome symptoms caused by motion sickness. Just as the medical treatments have to be personalized according to the patient as the same should be understood that these remedies, in the sense of that they do not all work the same for everyone. Among these, we mention:
  • antiemetic medicines;
  • ginger root;
  • mint candies;
  • special bracelets against motion sickness;
  • mint oil;
  • acupressure;
  • relaxation techniques.

HAARP Technology now also in Romania


About HAARP ( High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program ) didn't hear till a few days ago when I read it in one blog what I do follow. There I find an article about this program, what captured fully my attention.


HAARP is the most refined and effective technology of the modern warfare. Is a program started in 1992 at the Institute of Geophysics of University Alaska, in Fairbanks, by the US Department of Defense. HAARP is connected to the biggest computer of the world, and itself system is on a military base near Gakona, Alaska. It consists of a system of special antennas with high power, which is a terrible weapon (geophysics, strategic and cosmic) of directed energy.







         The theory of caused earthquakes


Romania, today is known as being a quite intense seismic activity. But there are voices claiming that these so frequent earthquakes don't occur naturally, but are rather caused. 

And from where to come to the earthquake? Some argue that are making the experiments, and these are causing earthquakes with the help of HAARP technology, right there on Romania's territory.






HAARP technology consists in a system of special antennas, high powered, through which is used " the control of changes in the ionosphere ", which subsequently, affects seriously the atmosphere and the earth's crust. Dramatic climate changes, that are affected Romania lately (and not only), are due to this technology. 
Chemtrails are currently scattered daily on major cities of Romania, and the weather suddenly changes it... as of how it beats... the machine. Then naturally we ask ourselves the question: At what purpose serve all these manipulations of the time or of weather? Usefully, for sure isn't it.
The HAARP, located near the Corbu town in Constanta, entered into service in late August 2010, and since then, Romanian seismologists are increasingly alarmed about the work of Vrancea's ground and of Dobrogea's ground, from Sabla, but also for the fact that, earthquakes are recorded also inside of the Black Sea. The base from Dobrogea is very close to the Nuclear Central in Cernavoda, which it gives other reasons for public unrest.






The system consists of a set of about 40 antennas, arranged in two rows, in the nearby of the military containers, which constitutes the control center.
Concrete case: in 2015 the earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale, in Valcea county, in seismic area Fagaras-Campulung, which occurred at a depth of 2 km. In the same day, at 1:12 p.m., it was another earthquake, but in a seismic zone of Vrancea, Buzau county, with the lower intensity of 2.8 on the Richter scale respectively, and at a depth of 110 km.
In December has been two earthquakes of over 4 degrees on Richter scale, both in a seismic zone of Vrancea, one of 4.1 degrees on December 16, and another one of 4.2 degrees on December 18.
Also, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 degrees on Richter scale, took place on December 15, in the Black Sea. In 2015, the most powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 on the Richter scale, was recorded on March 29, Buzau county. The most important tectonic movement in Romania in recent years was recorded in 2014, on November 22, when had taken place an earthquake of 5.7 degrees on Richter scale.
There is an evidence that, the use of HAARP and plasma weapons, affects the Earth and his inhabitants. HAARP is located in Alaska region, where are recorded not only the earthquakes but also volcanic eruptions. The zone, it gives the impression of a project with academic purposes, but rumors indicate the possibility of using HAARP is for military purposes, such as flight planes disruption, jamming systems, and missile guidance systems or communications... or for the control of the population. There were speculations on the possibility that HAARP to be behind of the hysteria about on global warming.
HAARP could affect the weather? In 1958, presidential advisor Capt. Howard T. Orville declares that the US Department of Defense seeks ways to manipulate the time, using an electronic beam to ionize or deionized the atmosphere in a certain area.

Is the purpose of HAARP technology, that to study the time to help agriculture or to influence the weather?
The basic idea of HAARP is to generate electrons bunch and accelerating of these on their electromagnetic field lines of Earth, near to the speed of light, which thus form a shell, which not only is blocking the communication worldwide but can destroy in full flight missiles coming down from space. 
The process consists of creating a hole in the ionosphere with a diameter of 30 kilometers and an area of incandescent plasma that any such move as missiles, aircraft, etc., would be destroyed.
Such an area where it would create a hole in the ionosphere over a region of an enemy country overpopulated would cause the irradiation by solar radiation to that area, which would can't be protected.

In recent years helplessly witnessing at drastic climate changes. Torrential rain, strong winds, heavy snow, drought, hurricanes, earthquakes, landslides. The only explanation we receive is linked to the global warming.
The possibility of using the weather phenomena as a weapon in manipulation on its own interest seems to be a pure fiction. After decades of controversy, the international scientific community of today, almost unanimously recognize the catastrophic danger, manmade in climate change. Handling weather events could become the most devastating tactics of present wars. 

The question is: How we can respond? How we can counteract the effects? Unfortunately, the answer is one: We can't! At least for now. So probably, we'll not find the answer than when some will absolutely get rid of all debts after the war started, how else, as of them, and obviously only, if they are crowned winners. If not, that's it... So was writing, so don't know even, why we died.

Veal steak with broccoli





INGREDIENTS:

  • 600 - 700 g veal fillet
  • 3 spoons of oil
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g cream


PREPARATION:

Wash the veal fillet and dry it with a towel. Mix oil with pepper and thyme and anoint the meat on all sides. Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator at least an hour.
Preheat a grill or a cast iron skillet greased with a little oil and brown the meat on all sides. Then put it on a tray and into the oven for approx.15 minutes. Removing it from the oven and wrap it in aluminum foil, for 10 minutes. 
Clean it and wash the broccoli, then cut it into small pieces. Put the water to boil and sprinkle the salt and nutmeg. Add broccoli and let simmer for 5 minutes. 
Put the cream in a saucepan and heat to a simmer and add salt and pepper. After broccoli was cooked, drain it of water. Cut meat slices. Then arrange on a platter the meat slices, chunks of broccoli and pour cream sauce over them.

The Miracle Of Life - DNA Enigmas

The discovery of microscopic molecule containing coded information of life, it led to catching many criminals and made possible the emergence of paternity tests and not only that...
Did you know...?  If align DNA of all the cells of your body, you can make a round trip to the moon 6,000 times or you'll cross the distance to Pluto and back. 
The DNA is the mark of life, being present in all organisms from the tiny bacteria to giant whales. DNA is present in every cell of the body (except the red blood cells) and determines not only physical characteristics but also the diseases that are prone. Although we have access to information for more than 50 years, and with all the progress that science has made, DNA study is still in its infancy. „How much you know about the molecules that make you unique?”

*   The unknown story   *

It all started with Gregor Mendel, a Czech monk considered the father of genetics. The experiment he accomplished in 1857 on peas, that provided the information key about heredity, how it inherit traits from one plant to another (much later were called genes) and increased the interest in the study of genetics. But his work has remained in the shadows for nearly a century. Isn't was him to discover the DNA, it was the American biologist James Watson with English physicist Francis Crick, which in recent history is recording as the authors of giants performance. The molecule was isolated at the beginning of the second half of the nineteenth century from the Swiss chemist Friedrich Miescher. In 1869 the scientist concerned about white blood cells found a microscopic substance in the pus collected from surgical bandages, which he called nucleated. Later, he isolated a sample of what we now call DNA from salmon sperm, and in 1889, his student Richard Altmann called it nucleic acid. The substance in question exists only in chromosomes. In the first half of the twentieth century, the principles of genetic inheritance enunciated by Mendel a century ago finally were accepted, however, the chemical nature of heredity remained unknown. It was known that genes were on chromosomes and chromosomes were composed of DNA and proteins, but it was believed that proteins are more varied in terms of chemical composition compared to DNA. What followed was a surprise.

Between the two wars, the British researcher Frederick Griffith performed a series of experiments on bacteria, from which it emerged that the DNA was passed from one generation to another, DNA molecule having the capacity to transform the properties of the cell. A decade later, Oswald Avery and his colleagues at Rockefeller University from New York continued Griffith's experiment, trying to see what was with this molecule of heredity. Only in 1944 when they published the study, the world found out: on short, Avery and his group have shown that the transfer of DNA from a microbe to another also causes the transfer of characteristics. In the period that followed, other scholars, namely Phoebus Levene and Erwin Chargaff, conducted a series of studies that provided new information, including chemical components of DNA molecule.

In the absence of scientific basis brought from all these pioneers, Watson and Crick, those two researchers from Cambridge to whom is attributed the discovery, it wouldn't have arrived at the conclusion from 1953, when they described for the first time the DNA molecule as a three-dimensional helix (like a twisted ladder), it consists of two chains elastic organic connected by hydrogen bonds (the staircase).
They changed humanity forever and they were rewarded with the Nobel Prize for chemistry. DNA profile or genetic profile was developed several years later, in 1984 from English geneticist Alec Jeffreys from the University of Leicester.
He devised a process by which an individual can be identified by its genetic heritage, a method consisting in extracting and analyzing the DNA from a cell derived from a human hair, leather, saliva, semen, and blood. Two people can have a similar genetic dowry, but some sequences of DNA structure they are specific to each individual, what makes us unique. Genetic analysis reveals precisely those sequences that create an unmistakable genetic profile. The method was first used, four years later, in 1988 in a murder case in Leicestershire (England). Thus began the history of DNA, with applications growing in the number of genetic fingerprinting:
  • it is used to determine paternity, requiring only a sample of saliva or blood which is determined based on the barcode with half the features from the mother and half from the father, specific to each individual;
  • it helps in identification of the genes responsible for hereditary diseases, to explain the mechanism by which some cells become cancerous and to establish predispositions to certain diseases. Diagnosis is faster, more precise and treatment - is personalized. 
  • forensic, genetic fingerprint facilitate discovery perpetrators of crimes even if they left only one footprint. Also, it helps in identifying victims disaster, unknown relatives etc., in finding the contaminations from water, air, soil, food.

*  The human genome   *

The whole sequence of DNA is called genome. It was obtained in 2003, in a large study named The human genome project, started in the nineties. The genome contains all the information that makes us what we are, is made up of nearly three billion bases of DNA (specialists are called chemical letters). Certain sequences of these letters create genes. It is estimated that there is about 30,000 DNA code of genes, few percents of the entire genome, the rest being made up of areas without information. The genetic material is the software that transmits to cellular machinery how to build proteins for the body to grow, survive and reproduce. Until the discovery of this system navigation, it took months or even years for researchers just to locate a single gene. Today, it can get in a few hours. 
Thus, were identified genes that cause diabetes, leukemia and it's working on HIV and hepatitis C vaccine. A good news is more and more. Telomeres, DNA sequences, it shortens at each cell division and when they become too small, the cell dies. Researchers working on a formula that could prolong people's lives by extending the telomere life.

Fingers talk about your hidden nature...

Science proves that hands show more about us: about our personality, about the way we behave in society or about our health.

Fine hands with long thin fingers are assigned to femininity, it shows aesthetic sense. Most women's have beautiful hands than men's, but what really matters in the finding of someone's hidden nature, is the length of the fingers. Women generally have index finger longer than ring finger, unlike men's who have index shorter than ring finger. This difference it occurs from birth and reflects the personality differences between men and women, and the skills with which we are endowed, according to by gender. The length of the index finger and the ring finger can tell you how much sociable you are, what qualities and skills you have, and what health problems could affect you.

*  What transmit fingers about us?  *

Thumb it's associated with vital energy, physical strength, mental strength and ability to succeed in life. If it's thin and long, this show ambition, intellectual abilities and cunning. If it's thick and short, this hide stubbornness, determination, brute force and aggressive nature.

Index finger indicates our connection with society, our behavior in public, our innate qualities and abilities. A shorter index finger than the ring finger, showing an open-minded, talkative, friendly and constructive nature. It's a handy person and is attracted by practical trades. If the index finger is longer than the ring finger, then it's showing a changing personality, slightly introverted, it has an artistic feeling and a tendency to be disorganized.

Middle finger represents concentration and reflection, inner balance and how we relate to friends and to the family. If it's much longer than the index finger, betrays a lonely nature, but balanced and determined. If the middle finger is near long as the index finger, then hiding a disordered personality, dependent on others and especially on a family.

John Manning, a professor at the University of Liverpool, has studied long the influence of hormones on fetal development in the mother's womb. He considered that a higher level of testosterone in boys, cause them to become left-handed. Between these 285 children who participated in Manning's tests, the boys who have index finger shorter than ring finger were more skillful with the left hand than the right hand.

The length of the ring finger seems to indicate also the preferences of children in school. Boys whose ring finger is longer than the index finger, are inclined to study with great pleasure math and sciences, than other disciplines. In contrast, if girls ring finger is shorter than the index finger, they are attracted to the humanist disciplines. On the basis of these observations stand the hormones, explained Dr. Mark Brosnan, the head of Psychology Department at the University of Bath, UK.

Manning continued his studies, trying to find a link between fingers length and musical skills. He collaborated with 54 musicians, all men, members of the British Symphony Orchestra, and observed that the most talented of them, had the ring finger short same as the index finger, a less feature common among males.
